Trainee Recruiter

• Education Requirement: BSc/BBA/B.Com/BCA or B.Tech (with strong IT skills)
• Shift Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
• Experience: Freshers (can also consider US/India hiring recruiters up to 6 Months experience)
• Key Skill: Strong IT knowledge is a must!
• Ideal Candidate: Passionate about recruiting, eager to learn, and driven to grow in the tech recruitment field!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for various tech roles
• Engage with candidates, schedule interviews, and support the recruitment process
• Learn and implement modern recruitment tools and technologies
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs and strategies
