Education - Any Graduate (Passed Only)

Exp - 3 - 4 Yrs in Retail Training / Field Training / Sales Training

Work Location - Candidate Must be Ready to Travel Across Hyderabad / Secunderabad for On the Job Training Purpose / Class romm Training Purpose.

Responsibilities -

Design and expand training and development Programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.

Conducting Class Room Trainings for the New Joiners

Conducting On-the-Job Trainings at Store Level

Working on the Training Certifications as per Company Policy

Preparing Training Calendars

Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme

Conduct Training Assessments and Imparting Product & Process Knowledge

Adhoc Tasks, MIS Reporting
