📌 Position: Training Coordinator (Female Only)

💼 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

🕒 Experience: 6–8 years total, with at least 2–3 years in a similar role at a reputed training institute

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Airlines, Hotels, Travel Agencies, and other service industry representatives for student placement opportunities
• Build and maintain strong public relations with industry stakeholders
• Plan and manage faculty schedules, classroom allocations, and resource utilization
• Form student batches and oversee course material distribution
• Organize and facilitate monthly faculty meetings
• Conduct regular grooming checks for students
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth center operations
• Support and participate in placement-related activities
• Handle dual responsibilities of Training Coordinator and Program Coordinator if required
• Assist with sales activities in the absence of the AMCA at the center

Requirements:

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant work experience
• At least 2–3 years in a training institute in a similar role
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
