Job Description

We are looking for Training Managers who are excited to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and collaborate closely with Delivery Leaders aligned with our Mission 2025, which aims to transform the way learning is delivered by impacting over 1 million children annually and moving closer to our vision of democratizing quality early education. As a key member of our growing Delivery Team, the Training Manager will contribute to the expansion of our network from 700 partner schools to over 7000 schools within three years by 2025. The role involves conducting regular daily visits to assigned schools to observe and assess curriculum implementation, ensuring the timely and effective execution of the Kreedo curriculum, and owning the complete onboarding, curriculum training, and ongoing support of schools while managing assigned school customers with a strong focus on quality service delivery. The Training Manager will be responsible for training teachers on academic implementation, observing classroom sessions, identifying challenges, providing solutions and support for effective curriculum delivery, and conducting structured classroom observations with constructive feedback. The role also includes writing detailed observation reports, sharing regular follow-up reports with customers, documenting training needs and implementation progress, escalating unresolved issues to senior team members when necessary, and maintaining clear communication regarding escalation status. Additionally, the Training Manager will ensure the completion of parent orientation programs, oversee parent engagement initiatives, manage customer implementation challenges, address teacher-related concerns, proactively identify potential issues, and take full ownership of customer concerns to drive timely and effective resolutions.
