Job Description
- Job Summary
- The Sales Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales training strategies and programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, communication skills, and customer handling.
- Identify training needs by analyzing sales performance and feedback from managers.
- Create and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning modules.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales executives to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Organize role plays, workshops, and practical sales exercises.
- Work closely with sales managers and team leads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Track training progress, attendance, and performance improvements.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and productivity goals.
