The primary responsibility of the Transportation compliance team is to provide admin support for the Norwell corporate team.
- Maintaining clean harbors driver’s information up to date.
- Reviewing all the driver-related information and updating into company’s intranet
- Processing driver bonus as per the request from the supervisor
- US DOT (Department of Transportation) Accident & Incident Register record keeping
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of Incident Tracking Workbench, Light Truck Workbench, & DQ workbench
- Processing & record-keeping of all transportation-related inspections, citations & enforcement actions
- Manage P-Card reconciliations and compliance
- Ordering Permit additions as per the branch request
- Need to follow up with branch personnel to get the missing information/documents.
- Record keeping of daily workflow.
- Creating PO #s for customs clearance invoices.
Functional & Technical Requirements:
- 1 to 2+ years of Operations experience.
- Hands on computer operating systems & MS office 365.
- Should have an intermediate Excel Knowledge.
- Need to have good typing skills to work on Word documents
- Decent written and verbal communication skills.
- Need to support the onshore teams on specific queries.
- Attention to detail & ability to maintain confidentiality.
