We’re looking for a passionate Travel Sales Advisor who loves travel and has a knack for creating and selling exciting trip packages.
- Key Responsibilities:Assist customers in planning domestic and international trips, including transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, itineraries, and travel requirements.
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Recommend travel products, packages, and services based on customer interests and budget.
- Make reservations for flights, hotels, cabs, and tours using booking platforms.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed.
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, offers, and seasonal destinations.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer handover.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
