Hiring: Bus Captain / Travel Executive – Smart Bus

Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad

Boarding Points: Miyapur and Gachibowli. Apply if you stay within 10 kms distance to any one of these locations.

🔹Job Details·     

Shift Type: Full‑time, Night Shifts (Permanent)

Shift Timing: 7 PM – 11 PM departures | Return next morning (10–12 hrs round trip)

Example: Login at 10 PM → travel 6 hrs → switch bus → return by 10 AM/11 AM next day morning.

📌 Responsibilities:

  Passenger hospitality & comfort during travel

· Ticket verification, spot bookings and Promote return journey tickets by offering discounts

·  Collect feedback, ratings & reviews ( Incentives paid for feedbacks and Selling tickets)

·  Maintain daily accounts & reports

·  Coordinate with bus drivers & cleaning staff who will take catre of toilet cleaning and luggage handling.

·  Ensure passenger safety (toilets, GPS, internet access available onboard)

🎯 Requirements:

   Age: 19 – 33 years max (Male candidates only)

·  Education: Min. 10th / Diploma / Inter / Degree

·  Languages: Fluent Telugu + Basic English or Hindi any one additional language (mandatory)

·  Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, supervisor, incharge, admin, customer care, tour oeprator, guest relations,rapport building, convincing skills.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

  Freshers: ₹17,000/month + Incentives + Free Dinner + Insurance

· Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month (with valid experience docs)

· Bonuses: 12000/- paid in 3 instalments: ₹4,000 after 2 months + 4₹,000 after 4th month + 4k after 6th month.

· Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹15,000/month for ticket sales & feedback collection
