🚍 Job Opening: Passenger Coordinator / Bus Captain

📍 Primary Location in Hyderabad: For 2 Boarding points we are hiring 1) Gachibowli and 2) Miyapur

Whoever stays in Ypusufguda, Borabanda, Shaikpeyt, Tolichowki, Mehdipatnam, Ameerpet, Kukatpally, Gachibowli sorroundings can apply

🔹 Position Details

• Type: Full-time, Night Shifts
• Shift Timing: 7 PM – 11 PM departures Return next morning (10–12 hrs round trip)
• Example: Login today at 10 PM → travel → return by 10–11 AM nexy day
• 6 hours up and 6 hours return journey next day morning

🔹 Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: ₹17,000/month
• Experienced (6 months – 5 years): ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month
• Bonus of 12000 paid in 3 instalments 1) after completing 2nd month 4000/- and 4th month 4000, 6th month 4000/-
• Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹12,000/month (ticket sales, feedback, reviews, spot bookings)

Toilets available within the bus and Cleaning Staff to clean the toilets and 2 Drivers available in the bus.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Manage spot bookings & promote return journey tickets with discounts ( Incentives Paid )
• Collect passenger feedback, ratings & reviews ( incentives paid )
• Ensure passenger comfort, Provide Wi-Fi, GPS, internet, water bottles in the journey to passengers)
• Coordinate with drivers, cleaning staff & support team
• Oversee passenger safety and journey experience
• Travel long distances daily (12–14 hrs round trip)

🔹 Requirements

• Age: 19–33 years (Male candidates only)
• Education: Minimum 10th / Diploma / Intermediate / Degree
• Languages: Fluent Telugu + Good English
• Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, convincing skills
• Eligibility: Must reside within city limits & within 10 km of boarding point OR willing to relocate nearby
• Availability: Flexible to work nights, weekends & holidays
