Two Wheeler Mechanic

A two-wheeler mechanic diagnoses, repairs, and maintains motorcycles and scooters, including engine tuning, brake repairs, and electrical system diagnostics. Responsibilities involve using hand/power tools to replace parts, performing routine services, and testing vehicles for safety. They also advise customers on repairs, create cost estimates, and maintain detailed service records. 

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostics: Identifying mechanical and electrical issues, including troubleshooting engines and fuel systems.
• Maintenance & Repair: Performing regular maintenance (oil changes, tune-ups), replacing worn parts, and repairing components like brakes, suspension, and chains.
• Assembly: Assembling new vehicles for sale and installing accessories.
• Quality Control: Testing vehicles to ensure proper function after repairs.
• Customer Service: Providing accurate repair estimates and explaining technical issues to customers.
• Documentation: Keeping accurate records of all work performed. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of motorcycle engines, fuel systems, and electrical systems.
• Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose complex issues.
