Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to help find jobs for our in-house consultants (like H1B, GC, OPT, CPT holders). Your main job will be to connect them with clients and companies in the US. You should know how the US staffing system works and be able to work on your own in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively market available consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to new and existing clients/vendors.
• Identify and pursue new client/vendor opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Negotiate pay rates with vendors/clients and ensure maximum margins.
• Submit consultants to suitable requirements and track submissions and interview schedules.
• Prepare and update marketing materials such as resumes and project summaries.
• Build relationships with preferred vendors, direct clients, and prime vendors for future requirements.
• Required Skills:3+ years of bench sales experience in the US IT staffing industry.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.
• Experience with marketing OPT, H1B, GC, and other consultants.
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, TechFetch, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Must be comfortable working night shifts (US timings).
