US IT Recruiter

Hierarch Soft Technologies is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to support our growing US client base. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment who are passionate about delivering high-quality technical talent to US customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract (W2/C2C) and full-time roles
• Work closely with US clients and internal account managers to understand technical requirements
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
• Conduct initial screenings covering technical skills, communication, visa status, availability, and pay rate
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring cycle
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure accurate documentation in ATS and internal trackers
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
• Build long-term candidate relationships for future requirements
• Required Skills & Experience1–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment life cycle
• Hands-on experience with W2 and C2C hiring models
• Good knowledge of US visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC, USC)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
