US IT Recruiter

• Analyze US IT job requirements and understand skill sets, experience levels, visa status, and location constraints • Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases using Boolean search techniques • Screen candidates through initial calls to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC), and availability • Format and tailor resumes as per client requirements and submit profiles through VMS or direct client portals • Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up for feedback, and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding while tracking activities in ATS systems • Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and maintain proper documentation for each candidate • Negotiate hourly rates or salaries, finalize offers, and ensure successful closures • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates • Meet daily and weekly targets for submissions, interviews, and placements while providing regular status reports to management
