US Recruiter Night Shift

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad.

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a US Recruiter to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should have experience handling end-to-end recruitment for the US market and be able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for US-based roles
• Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Work with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Experience in US recruitment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)
• Immediate availability preferred
