US Tax Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide tax-related assistance
• Collaborate & Participate with the team to implement Instagram ads, Influencer promotions and referral programs
• Engage in tele-calling and outbound calling to acquire new Clients.
• Collect and verify tax-related information (W-2, 1099, ITIN, etc.).
• Explain GGE’s tax filing services, pricing, and process clearly to clients.
• Assist clients in uploading tax documents securely.
• Coordinate with internal Tax Preparation and Review teams.
• Handle payment follow-ups and client review calls.
• Record client information accurately in CRM or Google Sheets.
• Escalate complex queries to the Senior Tax Analyst or Team Lead.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure complete data confidentiality.
• Meet daily/weekly targets and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Special Skills (Added Advantage):

• Familiarity with customer handling / voice process.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Interest or basic understanding of U.S. taxation or financial processes.
• Confidence in making and handling international client calls.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate with strong English communication.
• Confidence in handling voice calls with international clients.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Workspace).
• Good listening, patience, and professionalism on calls.
• Willingness to work night shift (U.S. hours).
• Freshers are welcome; full training will be provided.
