US Tax Analyst

Job Title:US Tax Telecaller / Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US Tax Telecaller / Business Development Executive to engage with US-based prospects, generate qualified leads, and close sales for our tax and accounting services. The role involves outbound calling, client consultation, and follow-ups during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based individuals and businesses using provided data and dialer
• Pitch US tax services including:
• 
  
• Individual Tax Filing (1040)
• Business Tax Returns (1120, 1120S, 1065)
• Bookkeeping & Payroll
• IRS notices & compliance support
• Understand client requirements and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments or close sales as per process
• Maintain accurate call notes, dispositions, and follow-ups in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and revenue targets
• Follow compliance guidelines and approved scripts
• Coordinate with tax analysts and backend teams for smooth client onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent

Prior experience in:

• US tax calling, OR
• International BPO / Voice process / Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST)
• Basic understanding of US tax concepts (preferred, not mandatory)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and auto-dialers is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in US outbound calling / telesales / BDE roles
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered (training provided)
• Work TimingsUS Shift (Night shift – IST)
