Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking design concepts and rapidly transforming them into functional prototype solutions that enhance user interaction. This role requires balancing the creative aspects of design with practical technical considerations to ensure that the prototypes are both innovative and feasible. The position demands close collaboration with various teams to refine and optimize the user experience through iterative development and feedback, ensuring that the final solutions align with project goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective prototype designs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve prototype usability based on user feedback and testing results.
- Document prototype development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive models.
- Ability to assess technical feasibility while maintaining design integrity.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and user-centric thinking.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Bachelors Degree from computer science background is required.
