Videographer

We are building the digital backbone for local Indian retail. We are looking for a hungry, highly creative Videographer & Editor to become the visual voice of our platform. You won’t just be an "employee"—you will be the Founding Creator documenting a high-growth startup journey from the trenches.

You will not be staring at a blank screen trying to figure out what to post. We have a highly systematic content engine that provides the daily scripts, trends, and directorial vision. Your job? Take those blueprints, point the camera, shoot the raw reality of building a startup, and edit it into high-retention gold.

What You Will Do (The Hustle):

• Shoot & Edit Daily: Be the shadow on the ground, filming raw vlog-style content, street interviews with local vendors, and behind-the-scenes startup reality.
• Weekly Output: Deliver 6 high-impact Reels/Shorts extracted from 3 long-form educational/vlog videos per week.
• Own the Aesthetics: Bring your own creative pacing, B-roll skills, and cinematic eye to make our content look raw, real, but highly professional.

What You Need to Bring:

• A killer portfolio. We don’t care about your degree; we care about your watch-time, pacing, and ability to hook an audience in 3 seconds.
• Your own editing machine (Laptop) and preferred software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut, etc.).
• Bonus: If you have your own camera gear, let us know.
• A "Jugaad" mindset. We shoot in real wholesale markets and streets, not fancy studios.

The Package (High Upside for High Performers): We are offering a structure designed for people who bet on themselves.

• The Safety Net: ₹20,000/month guaranteed base salary.
• The Upside (Performance Bonus): Earn up to ₹60,000/month based on clear, transparent metrics (Views, Reach, and Engagement benchmarks). If the content wins, you win.
• The Wealth Builder (Equity): Hit your performance and output targets consistently for the first 3 months, and you will unlock 2% Equity in the company. You won't just work here; you will own a piece of it.
