Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer cum Video Editor who can handle both shooting and editing high-quality visual content for brand campaigns, advertisements, and social media.

• 1. Pre-ProductionUnderstand campaign briefs, brand tone, and client expectations
• Participate in creative planning, scripting, and storyboarding
• Plan shot lists, locations, lighting setups, and equipment needs
• Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for content direction
• Ensure shoot schedules, permissions, and logistics are arranged in advance
• 2. Video Production (Shoot Execution)Capture high-quality video content for:

• Brand advertisements
• Social media reels & shorts
• Corporate and promotional videos
• Client testimonials & interviews
• Product shoots and events
• Independently handle camera, lighting, and audio setup
• Maintain strong framing, composition, and continuity
• Use stabilizers (tripods, gimbals) for professional footage
• Capture B-roll and alternate angles for dynamic storytelling
• 3. Post-Production (Editing)Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos
• Trim and sequence clips for compelling storytelling
• Add transitions, background music, and sound effects
• Perform color correction and grading
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, and brand overlays
• Deliver platform-ready final outputs
• 4. Platform OptimizationCreate videos in multiple formats:
• 
  
• Vertical (9:16) for Reels, Shorts, Ads
• Horizontal (16:9) for YouTube and presentations
• Export optimized files for social media and advertising use
• Ensure mobile-friendly, fast-loading video delivery
• Add captions for silent-viewing audiences
• 5. CollaborationWork closely with:

• Social media managers
• Graphic designers
• Client servicing team
• Contribute creative ideas for ad campaigns and visual storytelling
• Support campaign-based video production workflows
• 6. Equipment & Asset ManagementMaintain cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear
• Organize raw footage and project files systematically
• Ensure regular backups and data security
• Follow proper file naming and archive standards
• 7. Creative ContributionSuggest trending video styles and ad formats
• Bring innovative storytelling ideas for brand campaigns
• Stay updated with advertising and social media trends
• Enhance engagement through dynamic editing styles
• 8. Quality ControlEnsure videos meet Anna Advertisement’s quality standards
• Check audio sync, color consistency, and visual clarity
• Avoid watermarks, glitches, or export errors
• Conduct final reviews before delivery or publishing
• 9. Delivery & TimelinesMeet fast-paced agency deadlines
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Deliver revisions as per client feedback
• Maintain consistency in delivery schedules
