Job Title: Relationship Manager (Kotak Mahindra Bank)

Department: Sales / Customer Relationship

Employment Type: Full-Time (On Kotak Bank Payroll)

Location: Near Rajiv Gandhi Stadium and Hindu Office Hyderabad

Eligibility Criteria:Gender: Male / Female

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking Sales / BPO Telecalling. (Freshers not eligible)

Education: Graduate (Any stream)

Age: 18 to 30 years

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English

Skills Required:

• Strong mathematical and calculation ability
• Persuasive and confident telecalling skills
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills

Requirements: No employment gap exceeding 6 months will be considered.

• Candidate must be polished and professional.

Salary: Up to ₹4,50,000 CTC per annum (based on interview performance)

• Incentives: Up to ₹35,000 per month
• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
• 6 week offs in a month (4 Sundays & 2 Saturdays)
