Job Description
Develop CNC programs using G-code / M-code.
Use CAM software like Mastercam & powermill 3 Axis & 4th Axis .
Convert 2D/3D drawings into machining instructions.
Interpret GD & T
Ensure dimensions, tolerances, and finishes meet specifications.
Read and understand Engineering drawings.
Optimize cycle time and Quality delivery
Verify tool offsets and work offsets
Conduct trial runs & first-piece inspection.
Improve machining efficiency
Solve programs related errors
training for fresher
Immediate joiners are preferred
