Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming outgoing customer calls, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product information and troubleshoot problems

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency

- Fluency in English and/or other languages (e.g., Telugu, Hindi, Tamil)

- Qualification: INTER OR ABOVE.
