Location: JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Warden to manage and oversee the daily operations of the student hostel. The Warden will ensure a safe, disciplined, and supportive living environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day hostel activities and maintain discipline among residents.
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of hostel facilities.
• Coordinate with the college administration regarding hostel operations and student welfare.
• Monitor attendance and behavior of students in the hostel.
• Address student grievances and act as a mentor and guide when required.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain records related to hostel occupancy, complaints, and maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: [Graduate]
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Prior experience in hostel or student management is desirable.
