🏠 Job Opening: Watchman / Caretaker for Residential House

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Residential house

Working Couple Home (Both Owners Employed)

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and security of the house at all times

• Monitor entry and exit of visitors, delivery persons, and service staff

• Keep an eye on the premises during day and night

• Handle basic caretaking duties (switching lights, opening/closing gates, etc.)

• Inform owners immediately in case of any emergency or unusual activity

• Maintain discipline and cleanliness around the gate/compound area

• Assist with small errands if required (optional, as discussed)

🔹 Requirements:

• Preferably a married couple only (as per availability)

• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy

• Prior experience as a watchman/caretaker is an advantage

• Must be available for long-term employment

• Ability to stay on premises (if accommodation is provided)
