🔧 Job Responsibilities:

Provide service and customer support during field visits

Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of water purifiers

Diagnose technical issues and provide proper solutions

Repair filtration systems, replace damaged components, fix leaks, and troubleshoot electrical parts

Handle RO, UV, and other purifier systems

Produce timely and detailed service reports

Manage appointments efficiently and ensure punctual service

Communicate clearly with customers to understand issues and provide solutions

Maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect while working at customer locations

Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Be flexible to work evenings or weekends if required

🛠 Skills Required:

Knowledge of RO/UV water purifier systems

Basic electrical troubleshooting skills

Good communication skills

Customer handling ability

Time management skills

🎓 Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Experience Preferred
