Job Description
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Web Accessibility, Accessibility Testing, or Front-End Development.
Solid knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, ARIA, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript accessibility principles.
Experience with assistive technologies (screen readers, magnifiers, voice input tools).
Proficiency with accessibility testing tools (Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, etc.).
Understanding of inclusive design and usability best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications: IAAP CPACC, WAS, or ADS (or willingness to obtain).
Nice to Have
Experience ensuring accessibility in React, Angular, or Vue.js applications.
Familiarity with automated accessibility testing frameworks (Cypress + Axe, Pa11y, etc.).
Knowledge of mobile accessibility (iOS, Android).
Understanding of PDF and document accessibility (PDF/UA).
