Summary:
Designs and develops backend microservices for Payroll and Onboarding using Java and Spring Boot. Implements REST APIs, workflow orchestration, rules engines, payroll and conversion pipelines, document and KYC services, and integrations with external and internal systems. Builds asynchronous processing, security layers, logging, monitoring, and API gateway patterns.

As a Web Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and testing of web-based applications tailored for various site components. Your typical day will involve editing site content, documenting technical designs and specifications, and researching to incorporate updated content for websites. You will collaborate with team members to ensure that the applications meet user needs and adhere to best practices in web development.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hadoop Administration, Python (Programming Language), Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
