Openings for Grinder / Welder / Fitter / Helpers

Location: Pennar Industries – Hyderabad (Fabrication Unit)

Experience: 2–4 Years

1. Grinders

Monthly Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Perform cutting, shaping, assembling of steel structures.
• Operate fabrication machines like shearing, bending, drilling.
• Ensure proper fit-up before welding.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with welders and fitters during assembly.

Skills Required:

• Strong drawing reading knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in MS/SS fabrication.
• Knowledge of fabrication tools and measurements.
• Good understanding of structural steel work.

2. Welder – MIG / ARC / TIG

Experience: 1–4 Years

Monthly Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, ARC & TIG welding as per drawing.
• Ensure strong and clean weld joints.
• Handle gas cutting and grinding work.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Work as per production schedule and targets.
• Follow safety and quality norms strictly.

Skills Required:

• Certified or experienced welder.
• Knowledge of different welding techniques.
• Ability to weld heavy structural steel.
• Good hand-eye coordination.

3. Fitter – Structural Fabrication

Experience: 1–4 Years

Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble fabricated parts as per drawings.
• Marking, drilling, alignment, and positioning of steel parts.
• Support welding and fabrication team.
• Ensure accuracy and dimensional correctness.
• Handle hand tools and power tools independently.

Skills Required:

• Drawing and measurement knowledge.
• Experience in structural fitting work.
• Familiarity with tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Ability to work in shifts and production environments.

4. Helper – Fabrication & Welding Support

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist fabricators, welders, and fitters.
• Load/unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Clean work area, tools, and job site.
• Support cutting, grinding, and basic fitting activities.
• Follow safety instructions and shift discipline.

Skills Required:

• Basic industrial work experience preferred.
• Physically fit for shop-floor activities.
• Willingness to learn fabrication work.

Interview & Selection Process

1. Trade Test / Skill Practical – Live fabrication, welding, or fitting test.
2. Medical Test & Onboarding – As per company safety compliance.
