Wellness Expert – FMCG (Pharma Retail Store)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to drive Non-Pharma & Wellness product sales within a pharmacy retail environment. The role involves engaging customers, promoting products, ensuring visibility, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Actively promote and sell FMCG products (e.g., personal care, hygiene, nutrition, OTC wellness items) within the pharmacy store

·        Engage walk-in customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products

·        Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

·        Ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement, and stock visibility

·        Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store staff for replenishment

·        Implement promotional activities, offers, and in-store campaigns

·        Maintain hygiene and visual merchandising standards of the assigned section

·        Build good relationships with pharmacy staff and store management

·        Collect customer feedback and report market insights to supervisors

Qualifications:

Minimum: 10+2 / Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Prior experience in FMCG sales /Beauty formats/ retail / pharmacy store promotion.
