Roles & Responsibilities: Finance Functional Consultant

• Responsible for client deliverables of low-medium complexity work with quality check
• Understand Client's requirements, Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help Clients to optimize their Finance functions and enhance their employee experiences
• Setup Configurations, Business processes and Security Policies in the tenant
• Data Conversion using EIB,iLoad, Advance Loader or Cloud Loader
• Data Validation and Unit Testing
• Support End to End Testing, Migration and Hypercare

Certifications

•    Desirable - Workday Financial Essentials, Workday Financial Practical and  One of the Pillar certifications (R2R, P2P or C2C).

Experience & Background 

• Qualification should be BE / B.TECH 
• Candidate should have a  minimum of   2-4 years of experience in IT.
• Professional Experience of at least 1 year in implementing or supporting Workday.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Finance
• Understands Workday security
• Good written and verbal business communication
• Understands and abide by Information security and data privacy standards
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Preferred Skills/Experience:

•   Exposure to Composite Reports is a plus.
•    Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
