This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•BE/ B. Tech/ M. Tech/ MBA/ MCA •Certifications in Workday Integration Core is mustWe are seeking a high-performing Adaptive Planning Consultant with 2–3 years of experience to support the design, build, and deployment of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions across Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, and Reporting.
The consultant will work closely with onshore functional leads, solution architects, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Adaptive Planning Configuration & Delivery
Configure Adaptive Planning models for:
Financial Planning (Budgeting, Forecasting, P&L, Cash Flow)
Workforce Planning (Headcount, Compensation, Benefits)
Build and maintain:
Sheets (Model, Standard, Cube, and Metric)
Dimensions, Attributes, and Versions
Time structures and assumptions
Develop:
Management reports
Executive dashboards
Ad-hoc analysis views
Ensure reporting aligns with business KPIs and planning outcomes
Client & Team Collaboration
Participate in:
Requirement gathering workshops
Design walkthroughs
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with:
Onshore consultants
Solution architects
Client FP&A and HR teams
Prepare functional documentation and training materials
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Follow delivery standards, naming conventions, and best practices
Identify opportunities for reusable assets and accelerators
Support knowledge sharing within the team
