Workiva L2 Support Engineer
Workiva L2 Support Engineer1Key Job Responsibilities:
- Link & Sync Support: Resolve complex "Link" breaks and data synchronization errors between spreadsheets and final documents.
- XBRL Troubleshooting: Assist users with XBRL/iXBRL tagging errors and filing validation messages.
- Performance Optimization: Investigate and resolve lag or performance issues in large-scale Workiva workbooks.
- Access & Security: Manage workspace permissions and troubleshoot audit trail extraction requests.
- Critical Filing Support: Provide high-availability support during month-end and quarter-end filing windows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–6 years in financial software support or SEC reporting technology.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level Excel/Spreadsheet skills and familiarity with XBRL tagging.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the financial reporting cycle is a major advantage.
