• Location: Zepto Dark Store,Dulapally, Hyderabad
• Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹3000(Fixed + Incentives based on orders)
• Shifts: Fixed Night Shift - 6 days/week
• Type: Direct hiring with training & weekly off
• Key Responsibilities : Quickly pick items from shelves using Zepto app/scanner (target: 100+ orders/hour).
• Accurately pack orders with proper labeling, quality check (expiry, damage).
• Maintain hygiene, organize stock, assist in inventory unloading/re-stocking.
• Coordinate with delivery riders for fast dispatch within 10-min SLA.
• Ensure 100% order accuracy; report issues to supervisor immediately.apna+1
• Requirements Age 18-25; 10th/12th pass (freshers welcome).
• Local to Hyderabad/Mallampet (2-5 km radius preferred).
• Physically fit; can lift 2-5kg, stand 8-10 hours.
• Basic smartphone usage (Android); learn Zepto app easily.
• Punctual, hardworking, team player; no experience needed - full training provided.
