Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Zoho applications, especially Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and other Zoho One apps. You will work closely with stakeholders to automate processes, enhance productivity, and deliver customized Zoho-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

n Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, workflows, functions, and templates.

n Develop and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and APIs.

n Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools (e.g., Google Workspace, payment gateways, external APIs).

n Build dashboards, reports, and automation using Zoho Analytics and Zoho Flow.

n Migrate data between platforms and ensure system integrity.

n Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, or errors.

n Work closely with the sales, marketing, HR, and finance teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows.

n Provide support, training, and documentation for end users.

Requirements:

n Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or similar role (minimum 2+ years).

n Proficiency in Deluge script, Zoho APIs, and custom functions.

n Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.

n Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON/XML formats.

n Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and database concepts is a plus.

n Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

n Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

n Zoho Certifications (Zoho CRM Certified Consultant, Creator Developer, etc.)

n Experience in project management tools like Zoho Projects or Asana.

n Background in SaaS product development or cloud platforms.
