Job Description about Zonal Manager:- - Responsible for lead generation of real estate agents, builders, house owners & tenants. - Closure of leads and owning the process to make the residential units live on the site. - Coordinating with different teams on an ongoing basis for smooth execution of the process. - Maintaining business & relationship with real estate agents & house owners - Partner with real estate agents to identify potential business for us, both from home owners & tenants side. - Responsible for the P&L and monthly targets in terms of no. of houses in our portfolio, no. of houses live on our site and the occupancy rates. - Work closely with cross functional teams and policies.
