Zonal Sales Manager-LOANS AGAINST GOLD- Marketing Branches Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute zone-wise sales strategies to meet business targets for gold loan products.
  • Manage, lead, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales Officers.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities and partnerships to increase gold loan penetration.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and skill development programs for the sales team.
