About the Role:We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Zonal Territory Manager to lead our field sales team and expand Airtel Payments Bank’s footprint across Hyderabad.
If you have a knack for leadership, field sales, and achieving business growth in the BFSI / Telecom / Fintech space — this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:🔹 Lead, mentor & manage a team of 8–10 Sales Executives.
🔹 Drive business growth for AEPS, DMT & Savings Account acquisition.
🔹 Recruit, train, and motivate on-ground sales teams.
🔹 Deliver zonal sales targets and ensure strong market penetration.
🔹 Execute business strategies to ensure continuous market growth.
What We’re Looking For:✅ Graduate with 3–4 years of field sales experience (BFSI / Telecom / Fintech preferred).
✅ Strong communication, team management & leadership skills.
✅ Proven ability to achieve business targets in a fast-paced environment.
