Assist customers with gold loan application processing and documentation

Maintain accurate customer records and update loan-related information in the system

Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Follow KYC, compliance, and internal process guidelines strictly

Coordinate with branch staff and backend teams for smooth loan processing

Remind customers about due dates, renewals, and repayments when required

Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships
