Academic Sales Cum Research Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Sales & Research Consultant to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home opportunity for individuals who excel in communication, persuasion, and client handling—especially in the academic and research domain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential PhD candidates, understanding their research needs, and guiding them through our research writing and publication services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and maintain regular follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into successful clients through effective communication and persuasion
• Explain PhD research writing services and publication processes clearly to candidates
• Address queries and resolve doubts related to research work and journal publications
• Negotiate service charges and close deals professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Keep records of interactions and follow-up status

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Confidence in handling client objections and closing sales
• Basic understanding of academic research/publication process (preferred, not mandatory)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Work Details:

• Work Mode: Work from Home
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
