Accountant/ Accounts Executive

A Junior Accountant manages daily financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations. They support senior staff with journal entries, petty cash, and tax compliance (TDS, GST). Key skills include Tally ERP PRIME, attention to detail, and B.Com/relevant qualifications. 

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and journals.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, expense forms, and payments.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
• Compliance & Reporting: Assist with tax compliance (TDS, GST, Profession Tax) and prepare financial reports.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of TallY PRIME MS Excel, or MS-WORD
• Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and ability to handle confidential data.
• Experience: 2 years

Typical Salary Range on Apna

• ₹15,000 - ₹20,000+ monthly (varies by company and location).
