Job Overview:


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and end customers. This role involves proactively reaching out to leads, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation:


 - Conduct research to identify potential clients and customers and generate leads.


 - Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospects to create interest in our products and services.




2. Sales Presentations:


 - Conduct virtual presentations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.


 - Communicate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.




3. Relationship Building:


 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.


 - Address client inquiries and provide information about our services.




4. Sales Targets:


 - Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.


 - Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly, and do daily sales reporting.


--You are required to deliver ninety-six connected calls every working day, in addition to six sales closers per month, to justify your salary.




5. Collaboration:


 - Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


 - Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.




Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree.


- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.


- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.


- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
