App Support & Engagement Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented App Support & Engagement Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% Work From Home position where you will be the voice of our company—engaging with users, helping them navigate our apps, and ensuring they have a seamless digital experience. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages (WhatsApp/email) to app users.

Guide users on app features, services, and benefits in a simple and friendly manner.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic app-related issues.

Educate customers about new updates, offers, and advertising services.

Build strong customer relationships to increase engagement and retention.

Collect feedback and share insights with the tech and marketing teams.

Help users with onboarding, payments, and service-related queries.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Qualifications):

Excellent Hindi and English communication skills (spoken and written).

Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and digital tools.

Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude – you enjoy solving problems.

Ability to work independently from home with a stable internet connection.

12th pass or graduate – freshers with good communication are welcome!

Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, or app assistance is a plus but not required.
