Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software
- Maintain sales, purchase, and expense records
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders
- Manage GST entries, returns, and basic compliance support
- Maintain bank entries and perform bank reconciliation
- Follow up on payments with customers and vendors
- Handle back office documentation and filing
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Maintain MIS reports and data in Excel
- Support auditor and CA during audits
- Key Skills & Requirements:Working knowledge of Tally (ERP / Prime)
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
