Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the stock market or investment advisory space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, maintaining relationships, and driving business growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients interested in stock market investment services.
• Generate and follow up on leads via cold calls, emails,and referrals.
• Explain various investment products such as equities, mutual funds, SIPs, and trading services.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and updates.
• Stay informed on financial market trends, company updates, and relevant economic news.
• Collaborate with research and advisory teams to support client queries and recommend strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, lead status, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Assist in onboarding processes, including KYC and compliance documentation.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the business development team.
• Participate in internal training programs to improve market knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development in the investment/stock market sector.
• Good understanding of stock market basics and investment products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and financial software platforms is a plus.
• NISM certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
