Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Indore / Bhopal / Jabalpur Division (Field Role)

Role Summary:

Responsible for building and expanding dealer, distributor, and franchise networks across Madhya Pradesh for Sun C Additive – a first-of-its-kind lead-acid battery life extension product. The role focuses on channel development, secondary sales growth, and strengthening brand presence in the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and franchise partners
• Drive primary & secondary sales through channel partners
• Expand retail and franchise networks
• Conduct market visits, dealer meetings, seminars, demos, and campaigns
• Identify opportunities in battery, inverter, E-rickshaw & allied segments
• Monitor competitor activity and achieve sales & expansion targets

Requirements:

• 2–7 years experience in channel sales/business development
• Mandatory experience in dealer/distributor appointment
• Good communication, negotiation, and field sales skills
• Battery / EV / industrial product experience preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
