Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and ambitious candidates to join our Business Development team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and promoting our stock market advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms.
• Explain company advisory products and services to potential clients.
• Convert leads into active clients by understanding their investment goals.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide consistent service updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain call logs, reports, and performance records daily.
• Coordinate with the research and advisory team for client support.
• Stay updated with stock market trends and competitor services.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of stock markets or finance (training provided for freshers).
• Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
