Job description:

We are looking for a Creative Problem Solver to act as a strategic researcher and operations Intern across multiple projects under Cocosto UX Design studio.

You will work directly with the founders to conduct deep-dive research, build standard operating procedures (SOPs), and develop data-backed marketing roadmaps. This is a role for a "systems thinker" who loves dissecting how businesses work and making them run better.

What You Will Do

You will be the "First Responder" for new business challenges. You will jump into different projects, learn the industry fast, and provide the data and strategy needed to succeed.

A. Market & Competitive Research (Deep, Not Surface-Level)

• Industry deep dives (size, trends, pricing models, demand signals)
• Competitor teardown (offerings, funnels, positioning, ops)
• Customer persona & buying behavior research
• Opportunity mapping (where money is actually being made

B. SOPs, Systems & Process Design

• Document how things should work, not just how they do
• Design SOPs for:
• Sales
• Marketing
• Client onboarding
• Delivery workflows
• Internal ops
• Convert founder thinking into repeatable systems

C. Marketing & Growth Planning (Strategy First)

• Create channel-wise marketing plans
• Define funnels, CTAs, messaging hierarchy
• Work with execution teams (designers, ads, content)
• Analyze what’s working and what’s noise

D. Business Support

• Ask the right questions
• Turn vague ideas into: Clear docs, Action plans, Priorities
