Responsible for driving  business in the respective city/territory
Ensuring Achievement of Defined Sales Targets.
Ensuring Sales team earns its variable/incentive on daily/monthly basis
Conduct regular market visits to make sure business partners are satisfied with us
Follow all the operational SOPs, competitor analysis, marketing activity
Execute local marketing and brand building strategies
Monitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency
Continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory.
Helping HR team in hiring and on ground training of TLs/Partners 
Managing on ground execution of projects
