Construction / Site Supervisor

Job Overview:We are seeking a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, ensure project execution as per plans, and maintain safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and management to ensure timely project completion.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor ongoing site activities on a daily basis.
• Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor, engineers, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, measurements, attendance, and material records.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Resolve site issues promptly and communicate project updates to management.
• Manage materials, minimize wastage, and ensure availability of required resources.
• Ensure proper handling and upkeep of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision (as applicable).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
