Job Title: Content Writer (with Analytical Skills)Company: IBRICX — PropTechJob Summary:IBRICX is looking for a Content Writer with strong analytical and research skills to create insightful, data-driven content for real estate and PropTech platforms. The role involves developing informative articles, campaign content, and marketing collateral while analyzing performance metrics to improve engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.

• Key Responsibilities:Write and edit blogs, website content, newsletters, social media posts, case studies, and event content
• Create research-based and data-driven content related to real estate trends, property insights, and PropTech solutions
• Analyze content performance using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and campaign reports
• Convert insights and data into engaging narratives, reports, and presentations
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and events teams for content planning
• Support content execution for property events, campaigns, and customer communications
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, accuracy, and messaging
• Optimize content for SEO, readability, and lead generation
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing / research writing / marketing content
• Strong grammar, storytelling, and structured writing ability
• Analytical mindset with experience in MS Excel / Google Sheets & basic data interpretation
• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content analytics tools
• Preferred Skills & Experience:Experience in real estate, PropTech, or data-led content
• Ability to translate market insights and reports into user-friendly content
• Understanding of digital marketing, campaigns, and performance reporting
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
